High quality floor heating can really ensure that families can enjoy a comfortable and warm indoor life in winter without worries; Good product quality and good construction technology can ensure low operation cost in the later stage; It is our common expectation to buy the best products and services with the least money, and high cost performance is the key; Floor heating should be turned on for a long time, which is suitable for families with elderly and children. In order to facilitate the operation of the elderly, the operation should be simple; Floor heating also needs regular maintenance during use, and professional and perfect after-sales service is necessary; The reputation of the floor heating company is also very important, with three products and seven services.

There are often doubts about the use of imported floor heating. Oka Xiaobian of Germany will answer them one by one.

1. The district is central heating. Can we change the floor heating?

At present, many northern cities have changed from radiator heating to floor heating. The hot water supply temperature of the district for central heating is 60-90 ℃, but the floor heating is heated at a water temperature lower than 60 ℃. If directly connected to the floor heating system, it is obvious that the temperature is too high, which will not only cause human discomfort due to the high surface temperature, but also reduce the service life of the floor heating system.

To change the radiator to floor heating, it is necessary to install a water mixing cooling device, install a water mixing center at the household end of central heating, control the water temperature of the floor heating system at 35-50 ℃ required for floor heating, and install a temperature controller indoors to use the floor heating system.

2. Will floor heating lose heat downward?

The thermal insulation layer of the floor heating system ensures that the heat of the floor heating system is mainly radiated upward. During the installation of floor heating, the thermal insulation layer is laid on the ground with a general thickness of 2-3cm to control the downward conduction of heat and cause energy loss.

3. How to distinguish the quality of floor heating reflective film?

Reflective film is the heat reflective material of floor heating auxiliary material, which is conducive to improve the energy saving of floor heating system. We only need to remember two things about the quality of the reflective film, namely, one touch and two tests.

Touch the material of the reflective film. When opening a roll of aluminized reflective film, touch it with your hand to intuitively feel the thickness of the reflective film, or see whether the reflective film is transparent. The surface of the truly aluminized reflective film is very bright.

Second, check the service life of the reflective film. Cut a small piece of the reflective film and put it in the washing powder water to verify the corrosion resistance of the reflective film (simulating the floor heating service environment). After 30-60 minutes, observe whether the surface of the reflective film is eroded. The reflective film with good quality is the one with intact surface. Corrosion resistance is not only an important factor to determine the service life of reflective film, but also an important condition to distinguish the quality of reflective film.

4. What should be paid attention to when installing water distributor and collector?

The water distributor and collector shall be installed before laying the heating pipe; When installed horizontally, generally, the water collector should be installed on the top, the water collector should be installed on the bottom, the center distance should be 200mm, and the distance between the center of the water collector and the ground should not be less than 300mm. When installed vertically, the distance from the lower end of the water distributor and collector to the ground shall not be less than 150mm; It should be located at places convenient for control and maintenance and with drainage pipes, such as toilets, kitchens, etc. It should not be set in the bedroom, living room, storage room, cabinet, or indoor pipe well; For rooms on the half floor, the water distributor and collector shall be set at the high point or high and low areas respectively; For all over (compound) structure, it shall be set on the unified main pipe corresponding to the upper and lower layers.

5. What is the spacing between heating pipes?

The distance between heating pipes shall be determined by calculation according to the ground heat dissipation, indoor design temperature, average water temperature and heat transfer resistance. The maximum distance between pipelines should not exceed 300mm. (the pipe spacing should be 100-300mm, and the heating pipe should be 200mm from the inner surface of the outer wall).

6. What are the use restrictions and requirements for the ground materials of the floor heating system?

The floor heating system requires that the floor decoration materials have small thermal resistance, low water absorption and small expansion deformation. Ceramic tile and marble floor materials are especially suitable, followed by solid wood composite floor for floor heating.

7. Why is solid wood floor not suitable for floor heating?

The thermal resistance of solid wood floor is large, which may affect the heat dissipation effect. The moisture content of solid wood floor has certain requirements, which is easy to be affected by the external environment to produce wet expansion and dry contraction. In addition, the thermal expansion and cold contraction caused by heating are more likely to produce ladle, torsion, bending and crack, which will affect the service life of solid wood floor. In addition, the keel needs to be laid during installation, which is easy to damage the underground pipes. At the same time, the keel is easy to deform, which is more likely to cause the deformation of solid wood floor.

8. What causes the wooden floor to crack?

The quality is not good and the water content is too high without strict drying treatment. After use, the wood shrinks and cracks occur with the decrease of water content. In fact, this kind of floor, even if used in rooms that are not floor heating, will also crack;

When the filling layer is not completely dry, the wooden floor shall be paved prematurely. As the moisture in the concrete is still evaporating after the wood floor is paved, the moisture content of the originally dry wood floor increases, resulting in expansion and warping;

When paving the wooden floor, there is no expansion joint left at the junction of the floor, wall, column, etc., so when the floor is heated and expands, there is no way to compensate for the expansion displacement, resulting in warping. In fact, the floor temperature of heating hot water floor radiant heating will not exceed 40 ℃, which is equivalent to the summer temperature in some areas, and it is far higher than the temperature during wood drying treatment. Therefore, floor heating itself can not cause harm to wood floor.
